Amy has over 12 years of leadership in project and program management across
telecom and government sectors, with unmatched operational expertise, team-building
strength, and strategic vision in the fiber optics industry. For over 20 years, she’s led
teams through mentoring, goal setting, performance management, and training program implementation. owning/controlling 51% of Netline Technologies, overseeing both long-
term decision-making and day-to-day management, and overseeing all licensing and
the necessary training required for federal and state compliance. After a successful
tenure at Cox Communications, where she managed over 600 telecom projects
throughout the United States and helped generate $300M in carrier revenue. In April of
2024, after surviving breast cancer, she founded Netline Technologies alongside her
business partner, Zach. Her mission is to deliver precision-driven, scalable fiber optic
splicing services that support the expansion of high-speed connectivity across
commercial, government, and carrier networks. She holds a Master’s degree-level
education and plays a vital role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving
operational excellence, and ensuring financial sustainability. But what is truly important
